The Women’s Leadership Forum is one of the Ad Club’s Marquee events. The WLF recognizes and honors an inspirational group of women each year for their leadership qualities and accomplishments. All honorees have made a significant contribution to their field, and they share their unique personal stories with the attendees. This event is motivational, inspirational, and educational for the primarily female audience.

My primary role is to drive attendees to the event by creating marketing emails, social media content, print ads, and managing updates to the website. Additionally, I handle pre- and post-event details, such as designing all signage, managing set design, developing presentations and show flow, collaborating with the speakers’ teams to gather content for the event, sending post-event surveys, and editing event videos.

 

This year, I had the opportunity to help the production team as the stage manager.
